How long will it take for my custom engraved glasses to be made?
Within 2-3 working days depending on the size of your order.
Can I have any design I want on my glasses?
You can have any design you want on your glasses; however, we recommend a bolder image as it stands out more when engraved on to the glass. Images must also be supplied as a solid image (i.e. not grey-scale) as colours or grey tones can’t be depicted with engraving.
What is your minimum order?
Our glasses are supplied in lots of 6 per glass style, so our minimum order is 6.
The exception is a champagne flute in the gift box. They can be ordered individually.
Are your glasses dishwasher safe?
All glasses are dishwasher safe, and we would encourage you to wash them before the first use.
In what format should I supply my artwork?
Please supply your artwork as a PDF file as they are the most clear, and will provide you with the best result.
